Product Description:
The plastic pressing plant is equipped with the most modern Engel no-column injection moulding machines with a maximum closing force of 5,500 kN. All plastic pressing plant machines are fitted with robots with complete accessories for the manufacture of visible and invisible parts.
Other information:
The pressing plant processes not only standard plastic materials such as PP or ABS but also materials with high glass fibre content. Quality is guaranteed by the Mitutovo 3D measuring system, which verifies the accuracy of manufactured parts. The efficiency of production in the plastic pressing plant is monitored by the internal MARS system. The Catia V5 system is available or work with 3D data.
